Introspect is an examination of one's own thoughts and feelings. This journal is a collection of my reflections on life, current affairs and other interests.
I really think both terms apply to someone like him. I am sorry to hear about your brother and I very much like his reference to the violence in the Middle East. This is thought provoking: the value of the human life -- no matter its race and origin and who takes it. I am very much worried about the new generation with all the violence on television, video games and even cartoons! They've established a culture which promotes death and destruction and don't tell me that we are immune to this culture. Seung-Hui Cho had been the perfect host and there are many like him waiting to take there hatred against the rich and the preveledged against innocent civilians. This is the scary part.
